Essar Group, To Sell, 33 Percent Stake, Vodafone Essar, Vodafone Group Plc, Ruias, Vodafone Mobile - YReach.com
On July 1, The Ruias-owned Essar group agreed to sell its entire 33 per cent stake in India's third-largest telecom player Vodafone Essar, which has a subscriber base of 137 million as of April 2011, for a net consideration of $4.58 billion.
