Ashlee Nicole Simpson (born October 3, 1984) is an American pop rock singer–songwriter and actress, and the younger sister of pop singer Jessica Simpson. She starred on "The Ashlee Simpson Show," an MTV reality show that followed her rise to stardom. Her first album "Pieces of Me" went platinum, but her credibility as a performer took a huge hit when it became apparent she was lip-synching on SNL. Ashlee Simpson Takes Her Baby to Work

Bronx Mowgli Wentz was only born in November last year — and the Melrose Place star is already introducing her baby to the world of showbiz!
“I bring Bronx to work and it’s awesome,” said Ashlee. “Melrose Place is such a fun show, and I get the best of both worlds because I get to work in an ensemble cast with great actors and then I can play and make a little nursery and hang out with him too.”
Ashlee — who is married to Fall Out Boy rocker Pete Wentz — recently revealed that she refuses to read anything that’s written about her family.
“I don’t read anything. If it’s sweet and positive, I might read it,” she said. “Jess, Pete and I all do that. If it’s a good review or a nice story, we might read it. But if somebody just wants to be mean for no reason, then we choose to ignore it.”
