Ashlee Nicole Simpson is an American pop rock singer–songwriter and actress, and the younger sister of pop singer Jessica Simpson. According to Wikipedia: Ashlee Simpson rose to prominence in mid-2004 through the success of her number-one debut album Autobiography and the accompanying reality series The Ashlee Simpson Show. Ashlee Simpson and Pete Wentz were rushing up the aisle. The celebrity couple will plan their wedding next week in California, according to reports.
The celebrity couple has sent out invites to friends and family, urging them all to be ready for a big day on May 16.
Pete Wentz and Ashley Simpson are refusing to give too much away, keeping the site of the wedding a secret.
A source revealed, “The location will not be revealed until the day of the wedding but guests are told it will be an hour drive from Los Angeles.”
If the nuptials do go ahead as reported, this will be the second of three big star spring 2008 weddings, Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon exchanged vows in The Bahamas last week and Charlie Sheen will wed Brooke Mueller on May 30.
