Actor Ashton Kutcher was friends with / dating Ashley Ellerin at the time of her death. Ashton came by her house on the night of her murder to pick her up before going to a party. When she didn't answer the door, he assumed that she had already left for the evening and went to the party without her. Sadly, Ashley Ellerin had been murdered.
