Girls Gone Wild smutmeister and founder Joe Francis has subpoenaed Eliot Spitzer’s favorite call girl, Ashley Dupre, to testify about her past working at a prostitution ring. The deposition will be videotaped on June 25 and will explore Dupre’s employment with Emperor’s Club VIP. The move is part of a $10 million lawsuit Dupre filed against Francis and Girls Gone Wild in April after he falsely advertised that she had performed lesbian sexual acts for its cameras a few years earlier in Florida. In her suit, Dupre alleges Francis’s claims ruined her reputation. Read more.
