Ashton Kutcher was back at work this week after a few weeks off. On Tuesday, the Two and a Half men crew surprised him for his 34th birthday with a cake inspired by the show. 

"Love my coworkers!" Kutcher tweeted with a photo of the cake. 

The actor also told fans he wanted to make this year different by concentrating on charity work. 

"I'm determined this year to do everything in my power to make the world a better place. I want to start by getting right after it today," Kutcher said in a video. "As you may or may not know, I have a foundation that focuses on ending the sexual exploitation of children and any help that you could give towards that would be an amazing present for me."
