Ashton Kutcher Is NOT Cheating on Demi Moore

After the tabloid published a story this week claiming a source saw the actor making out with someone who was not his wife Demi Moore, Kutcher shot back via Twitter. He wrote, "STAR magazine - you don't get to stand behind "freedom of the press" when you are writing fiction. I think Star magazine calling me a "cheater" qualifies as defamation of character. I hope my lawyer agrees."
Ouch. Demi re-Tweeted to get the message across.
This week's Star features a quote from a "witness," who said, "Ashton had this gorgeous girl pinned against the wall, and he was totally making out with her." The article also claimed the couple's marriage was on the rocks.
For now at least, it seems like just empty gossip. These two are inseparable in real life -- and on Twitter too, apparently.
