Audi isn't the first car that springs to mind, when I think if luxury cars. I know that they are owned by Volkswagen, and they are as reliable as any car that you can find, even if the door handles on their Jetta's, were prone to breaking, but overall you are on to a winner with a VW. So what do Audi have to do to get us thinking of them as a luxury model.
Rupert Stadler, Chair of Audi AG, has said that by twenty fifteen that Audi will be the top luxury car brand in the world achieving this in financial targets, technological innovation, and purchaser satisfaction. It seems that thinking big, is a part of the Audi way. In America, it's Lexus they will have to beat, while in Europe its Mercedes.
In the U.S.Audi has to overcome difficulties in how its perceived. It was thought that it had problems ( 20 years ago) with acceleration. This was comprehensibly proven to not be the case, but as they say if you fling mud, some will stick. Other cars companies surged ahead in their market.
Audi can overcome this, given the massive respect that is given German car makers. They make stylish cars and know the market. They have a good safety record, given the executive age group, who will possibly have kids, this will be a selling point.
Are you familiar with Audi. Do you think that they can do it. Please feel free to comment below.Based on information from piercemattiepublicrelations.com.
