Chris Cornell To Release Acoustic Album With Soundgarden And Audioslave Tracks

Soundgarden, Audioslave, AND Temple of the Dog fans are going to be happy.

Rocker Chris Cornell has announced plans to release an acoustic album that will feature tracks from all of his (above) bands, as well as covers by Led Zeppelin and John Lennon.

The album, titled Songbook and is set to be released November 21, will feature the following tracks:

‘As Hope And Promise Fade’
‘Scar On The Sky’
‘Call Me A Dog’
‘Ground Zero’
‘Can’t Change Me’
‘I Am The Highway’
‘Thank You’
‘Cleaning My Gun’
‘Wide Awake’
‘Fell On Black Days’
‘All Night Thing’
‘Doesn’t Remind Me’
‘Like A Stone’
‘Black Hole Sun’
‘Imagine’
‘The Keeper’

Cornell recently revealed that he is unable to read or write music, but it hasn’t hindered him in any way.

Obviously! He’s been a member of three very popular and successful bands and has helped to create some of the most iconic music in the past 15-20 years.

This new album sounds FANTASTIC! We’ll definitely check it out.
