You have to be diagnosed by a medical doctor or licensed psychologist. Internet tests like this are worthless. It’s too easy to deliberately fake the results.
Taking the test and trying to be as honest as possible, I scored 24. I also score moderately high on tests like this for Obsessive Compulsive Personality Disorder.
When I faked this test and gave answers I thought a moderately autistic person might give I got a 45.

Hi–Thanks. That is a good website to know about. I scored 20… I do have social phobia & depression though, so I guess my risk of getting autism is greater?? ; /
