When the wraps came off the all-new 2010 Buick LaCrosse, the biggest question was not whether this would be high quality car: Buicks tend to perform well in quality and owner satisfaction surveys. The question for 2009 is, today, what is a "Buick" supposed to be? Buick's history is confused...  

In the Buick website, this car looks exactly like the "Invicta" concept car. A nice step for Buick, a bold step where no relatively new Buick has gone before. I think. Dollarbill4  

Given that the average age of a U.S. Buick buyer is 63, General Motors Corp. gave a tall order to the small group of twenty- and thirtysomethings it charged with redesigning the 2010 Buick LaCrosse....  

It's not good news for GM in China, which reported an 8.3 percent drop in sales from its Shanghai General Motors venture in 2008.  

Intake manifold gasket leaked into the engine 3 times, and needed to be replaced 3 times since I have owned it. Good car except for the plastic intake manifold gasket and plenum. It is getting too costly to repair. Next time, I am buying a Toyota Corolla or a VW Golf.

Nothing has really broken on the car, but it does leak oil since I use only synthetic motor oil (previous owner used petroleum-based oil), but that is supposedly normal for synthetic.  

"American muscle all the way!!!" What things have gone wrong with the car? Water pump. Alternator.
