CHARLESTON -- A man is suing General Motors Company after he claims the company would not repair his vehicle. Calvin Moss Jr. purchased a new 2008 Chevrolet HHR on July 31, 2008, for $24,296, according to a complaint filed Nov. 13 in Kanawha Circuit Court. Ok all you GMC owners, Whenever I try to fill the gas tank, the pump starts cutting off after only about 1/4 full. The GMC dealer said that the hose going down from the cap to the tank was designed to be too small. He replaced it with a new hose which of course is the same size. It is a hug

General Motors Co. today confirmed Buick GMC General Manager Michael Richards has quit after nine days on the job. The confirmation comes less than 24 hours after the surprise retirement of Chevrolet Vice President Brent Dewar, who had been appointed to lead the automaker's largest and most important brand five months ago.
