China Man Builds an Eco-Friendly Hummer from Scratch for $630
His name is Qu Zhibo and he is from the city of Zhigong in China's Hainan province. For three years, Zhibo worked on a special project to develop the most eco-friendly Hummer you will ever lay eyes upon.
The vehicle comes fitted with twin tires all around and is powered by an unspecified engine. Zhibo says that the entire project cost him approximately 4,000 yuan (~US$630) up to date adding that he still needs to finish painting the mini Hummer, something that will cost another 1,000 yuan (~US$160).
