Step 1: Position truck on a flat surface and lift the front wheels off the ground using jack stands or a (2) two post lift if available. Remove the wheels and tires on both sides. Read all instructions before starting any work.
1. Remove the old exhaust system from the truck. Use WD-40, or a similar lubricant, to aid in removing the rod hangers from the rubber isolators.
2. Install DynoMax front RH y-pipe 53313 with gasket 31540. Insert the rod hanger into the rubber isolator. Finger tighten the fasteners at this time. Install front LH crossover pipe 53314 with gasket 31540. Finger tighten the fasteners at this time. Please see system diagram.
