Great item for the price. Easy to install and remove. Some deft balancing acts are needed to install smaller bikes but can be done easily. It's been on two trips of over 300 miles apiece. I feared the straps would loosen on their own but they held fast. There's a bit of slack on the lower hing with a full load -- where the assembly bobs on bumps and such. Solid construction - about 30lbs out of the box. Tough gray outer coating on the tubes. Thick sidewalls on the tubes and hitch insert. Hollywood does good to have a hitch pin lock and top bar lock included with the rack. Anti-wobble feature and small anti-sway bar work well. Carried two Konas easily. I liked the quality of this product - as good or better than racks from the other two common name manufacturers I looked at.
