Modest Mouse, Avenged Sevenfold & More Headlining Metallica’s Orion Music Festival!

It will be at the Bader Field in Atlantic City, because there is going to be one hell of a music fest going on.
This afternoon, Metallica revealed that they are having their inaugural Orion Music & More festival – and their lineup is nothing short of amazing! In the announcement, Metallica confirmed that bands scheduled to perform include:
- The Arctic Monkeys
- Avenged Sevenfold
- Modest Mouse
- The Gaslight Anthem
- Cage the Elephant
- Fucked Up
- Best Coast
- Hot Snakes
- Titus Andronicus
- Gary Clark Jr.
- Lucero
- Roky Erickson
- The Black Angels
- A Place to Bury Strangers
- Liturgy
The festival isn’t just music – the site promises comedy as well a “Lifestyle element showcasing the band’s individual interests – and allowing fans to interact directly with each band member.” And the best part?
Metallica will headline both nights.
So, I know where my ass will be come June 23-24.
