Looks like things got "Complicated" for Avril Lavigne and Brody Jenner. The couple, who started dating in 2010, have reportedly called it quits after two years of dating. According to US Weekly, the 25-year-old rocker and the 26-year-old reality bro couldn't figure out how to balance their relationship with their individual career needs.
"He hasn't worked and he wants to. They were both unhappy because he wants to have his career, she wants him to stay with her," an unnamed 'source' told US. Has this source actually met Brody Jenner? The dude hasn't worked a day in his life, unless you count appearing on The Hills as work.
While they were still together the twosome loved expressing their love for each other in really ridiculous ways. Brody once shaved an 'A' into the side of his head and they both got tattoos of each other's names, which is bound to make their future relationships a bit awkward.
A representative for Lavigne, whose three-year marriage to Deryck Whibley ended in 2009, had no comment.
