Changing of thought Hazzard Knytes to be put on rear shelf

A BLACKSHEEP GREETING BANNER

When the Hazzard Knytes were formed in the fall of 1982 no one then ever thought that there would be any spin offs or close relatives of the group. It was and is an all modified custom everything group with the combination of a Dukes-of-Hazzard fan club mixed in. However in 1998 or so when the Deere Dazzlerz were added to the mix we then knew, new branches or individualized parts of the Hazzard Knytes would come. We also knew that someday one of those branches could be the parent organization and the Hazzard Knytes become a sibling. Well that has happened. The parent organization of the Hazzard County Knytes Kustmz Association is now the BlackSheep/AyreWolves Vintage Warbyrd Aviation Association, a group that loves, rebuilds, fly's , restores old military warbyrd ayrecraft. The HQ of the BlackSheep/AyreWolves will be in Jerome Idaho at the Jerome County AyrePort, near the Air Power Museum. More details as I get them. I will however not be in total charge of the group, I will however remain XO and mouthpiece of the group , nuff sedd. In the bible there are many passages and I say this since I have been very troubled over night. From two dillweeds whom think they know allot about ye ole Wolf, but know just bits and thus know very little. But as it does say in the bible who are they to judge me? While I forgive I do not forget. Their judgement is coming by way of the all Mighty, and I will consider them and that judgement to be what is owed to them. Some of you might say that I just plucked AyreWolf out of space and started using that as a title. Not so. The wolf part came one morning at work when I changed tires and turned wrench at the LDS Church's truck shop in West Valley Utah. My co there Rocky, said I was a wolf in amongst the sheep. Since I did not meld into the mix as a mild person. There was more to that but you get the idea. When I rediscovered my love for all things aviation and military aviation history in Jerome in 2001 I found my affection for rotor craft and helo's more to my liking, and thus AyreWolf was born as strictly a handle for use on air both radio as well as aviation communications. Through the death of my Uncle Harrold Sant originally from Pocatello one of, as I was told anyway, founders of Cowboy Oil there and later the founder of StarrWest Oil of Utah, when he died my younger cousin Gordon Sant at Uncle Harrolds funeral and I got together, since Gordon had amassed a crop dusting firm and all brought out of mothballs the two byrds my dad had in Bountiful in storage and after many weeks, and much effort, we combined our efforts, he flew I turned the wrench that kept those byrds in the air and in 2004 AyreWolf Aviation was born. After a long time and much study I got my wings which I worked damn hard for. There is still the need for me to recertify to be able to go as far in our company as I want to flying and all, but that will come.  The only reason that the half brother of the BlackSheep is called the AyreWolves is that the AyreWolves are just folks like me without military service who just love military ayrecraft and the history of those warbyrds. While the BlackSheep half is for those who join the group who are like me descendents of the members of the original VMF214.( My Father was part of Pappy's original squadron)  As well as those still part of that noble group still in service, as the current VMA214. Nuff sedd. While there is a lot of my friends from the Hazzard County group will be saying I'm caving in from pressure from the two dillweeds that pee-owed me there in Pocatello, not so. There comes a time for progression. Most of the over 35 crowd of the Hazzard Knytes have gotten to other things and without ye ole Gen.Lee sitting outside or in my shop, the time to turn to other venues and all just fell into step. One of the executive board members of the Hazzard Knytes who is currently serving in the USMC yes a real BlackSheep who I talk to overnight since his days are my nights and vice versa, and while the swap of priority of organization operation will not be official until the spring Hazzard Knytes Conference in March 2009 still for me its my new path, and I am taking it. This does not mean I'm getting out of towing or selling my trucks or anything like that. Dixie Towing will remain me going towing for years into the future, but adding on AyreWolf Aviation as the main company is a needed thing at this mile post of my life. There are two more loads of personal effects that I need to snag from Pocatello which I will do over the next 4 days so I might not be blogging for a short spell since there will be setting up another Internet connection and of course getting this move done that should have been one two weeks ago. As I put Pocatello and all that in my rearview mirror I also put aside the two dimwhitts that have caused so much friction. One of you even said why let it bother me, that you as members of our group know the truth and know what I blog is truth. But its that and all that has occurred over the last year that brings me not to tears but anger and wanting to just pull the trigger on both the dimwhitts and some that caused a bunch of my misdoings. However it was not them so much or Mr. Nugent, and so on that caused it, it was my own stupidity that said that Mr. Nugent and all he said would unfold here. Or all he said was true. Perhaps a reminder from those dimwhitts to Mr. Nugent of the trip we took (along with a gal who worked for me in Rupert) to Hazzard last July where I showed Mr. Nugent the big house of ours there, the farm there, and all the rest that is testimony of what I say and blog here is not only real but true. It was my own stupidity that said that I might get a lead on where the ole Gen Lee is at and be able to retrieve it, buy it back if needed and so on. But that did not happen. The only good thing that happened in Pocky, was the fact I was able to get through last winter without paying a big energy bill, which would have been the case had I stayed in Heyburn.(a small town just on the edge of both Burley and Rupert) Next blog the reunion of the BlackSheep in GF. Until L8R Aviators,
