Tips To Tone Up Your Singing Skills

Today there are many people who are aspiring to become great singers. Every year we see hundreds of thousands of people auditioning for talent shows. The shows feature some wonderful singers, and also some not-so-wonderful ones. 

There are some people who innately have the gift of song, and then there are some that don't. For the majority of us that are not born with the ability to sing, it takes hard work, practice, and some important skills.

 There is more to being a good singer than just owning a special voice and talent. You have to work on posture, breath control , control muscle tension, stand with your feet on the ground correctly, and projecting your voice. You have to look at singing with emotion and communicating with the audience, and enjoy the song you are performing.

 Vocal range is the range from the lowest note you can sing to the highest. Some people have wide ranges and can sing very low as well as very high, and some of the people stay within a moderate range. It is not necessarily the width of your range that will make you a great singer, but rather the tone of each note. Get to know your vocal range and practice with it.
