sorry for the lag and electronic whistle. astroglide is available probably at any drugstore. it’s pretty simple, lube up your ears with a little booger-sized bit and pop it in. remember guise, always gauge safely. sterilize everything before you use it, wait at least two weeks between gauging (but preferably a month), and try to only gauge with non-porous materials like metal and glass. only use organic materials and acryllics in healed gauges. if you get a blowout, clean your ears with peroxide and downsize immediately. of course, i am not a doctor or a body mod professional. i’m just someone who has been gauging her ears for about 3 years.
