With the help of guest mentor Quentin Tarantino , the remaining seven idols went to the movies on last night's show, where songs spanned 30 years of popular cinema. This was Tarantino's second appearance on the show, he served as a guest judge in 2003, and while his sharp criticism and excited praise seemed helpful, most idols chose not to take his advice. Yet another week begins on Dancing With the Stars and it's obvious from last night's show that the routines are not getting any easier and the dancing is only getting better and faster. The remaining 8 idols picked songs from the years they were born Tuesday night, which means it was pretty much 80s night. Idols belted out tunes from Tina Turner to Survivor to Bonnie Raitt. Few performances really stood out, but those that did were amazing and dead on. As the show continues to dwindle down, it's obvious who has the ability to take a classic song and make it their own and who can't. Last night's performances of the Paso Doble and Viennese waltz proved one thing, that this season's crop of celebrities are arguably the best to appear on Dancing With the Stars yet, even Steve-O wasn't that bad. With Steve Wozniak and Holly Madison 's exit on last week's double elimination it seems the show has finally been cut down to celebrities that are serious about learning how to dance, and hungry for the competition.
