I tried on myself the tips mention earlier on " How to Get Nice Shiny Nails Naturally ". Here is the comparison on the result. This was done just using nail buffer. As you can see, before i buff my nail, it looks dull. But, after i used the nail buffer, my nails instantly become shiny and smooth to touch :). However, sorry for the poor image quality.
