Go very fast for a period of time, then slow, and keep alternating this way. Thirdly, use full body resistance exercises. As I mentioned above, I’m not a believer in cardio and none of my clients use it. Instead, we do resistance based exercises that are fun, challenging and pack a much great fat loss punch.
Fourthly, cut down your workout’s time and instead make it more intense. Spending 2 hours in the gym will get you nowhere unless you really know what you’re doing or are a professional athlete. But for the average person who just wants to lose fat and get sexy, short intense workouts are MUCH better. With my clients, our workouts never go longer than 30 minutes, and the results are better than people who spend hours and hours in the gym.
