Central Bank of India Recruitment of Specialist Category Officers in Scale IV/V – 2011-12

Central Bank of India, a leading Public Sector Bank, is hiring Qualified and experienced Professionals in Senior Management Grade Scale IV/V under Specialist Category as under.

Qualification and Experience
1. Assistant General Manager — IT (Compliance, Data Warehousing)
Age - Not exceeding 52 years
Qualification - Graduate from recognized University with CAIIB with Degree/ Diploma in Computer and certification in e- governance.
Experience -
i) Candidate should have experience of working in a PSB for minimum of 15-20 years.
ii) Should be in MMG Scale III or SMG Scale IV.
iii) Should have experience of Core Banking for atleast 5 years and should have hands on experience in IT related projects of banks like HRMS, Data Cleansing, Data Warehousing, Cheque truncation system etc.
iv) He should have flair for introducing / working on innovative products and should have a proven track record.

2. Chief Manager – Mid Office Market Risk
Age - Not exceeding 40 years
Qualification - A Graduate / Post Graduate in Maths/Statistics from a recognized University with MBA – Finance and FRM course.
Experience - Candidate should have minimum three years experience of working in Mid Office/Treasury / ALM department of a PSB/ Foreign /Private Bank with 1 – 2 years in Front Office in a PSB/Foreign/Private Bank.

3. Chief Manager – Mid Office Forex
Age - Not exceeding 40 years
Qualification - A Graduate / Post Graduate in Maths/Statistics from a recognized University with MBA – Finance and FRM course.
Experience -
i) Candidate should have minimum three years experience of working in Mid Office/ Treasury/ ALM department of a PSB/Foreign /Private Bank.
ii) Experience of working 1-2 years in Front Office dealership in Foreign / Domestic market in a PSB/Foreign/Private Bank.

Scales of Pay:
The candidate shall be appointed on regular basis in SMG Scale IV/V and the Scale of Pay for Scale IV is Rs. 30,600-900/4-34200-1000/2-36200 with the total emoluments at the start of the Scale shall be Rs. 49,000/- approx. + usual perks & benefits at Mumbai.
The Scale of Pay for Scale V is Rs. 36,200-1000/2-38200-1100/2-40400 with the total emoluments at the start of the Scale shall be Rs. 58,000/- approx. + usual perks & benefits at Mumbai.

Selection Procedure
The eligible candidates shall be called for personal interview and the decision of the Bank in this regard will be final.
