I often wonder if Banksy was ever arrested, would he be forced to remove all of his graffiti as some sort of punishment? Probably not. His artworks are often satirical pieces of art on topics such as politics, culture, and ethics. I noticed this video last week for the largest Banksy exhibit to date, Banksy Versus Bristol Museum , which started last Saturday 13th June. As a massive Banksy fan I must say that I was very excited by the prospect of so much of the elusive street artists work under one roof. Admittedly there has been some scepticism from critics claiming that his very presence in such an exhibit goes against everything he stands for… but I think it is still fantastic, and will definitely be finding the time... Banksy has created an insane installation in the West Village (that's NYC, of course): an animatronic leopard, fish sticks swimming in a fish bowl, chicken nuggets that peck at a dish of dipping sauce... The recent pieces of Banksy Art in New York this week have caused quite a stir. The first mural was a sketch of a rat drawing on the wall and the sketchiness was presumably intentional as the people who actually painted the piece were from Colossal Media a professional outdoor media company.
