I visited Barcelona for the first time in April 2000, well over a decade ago. How time flies! At that time, I had not traveled extensively in Europe, and my first look at Gaudi's famous unfinished cathedral, La Sagrada Familia, was breathtaking. Since that first trip to Barcelona, I've been back many times, and each time I travel to the cathedral to see what changes have been made. Progress has been slow.
