ALBANY, NY – Leo Machuchal just had another terrifying experience in Albany.

He visited the New York State Senate chamber.

The Senate was in full session, but all the Senators were sitting in the dark.

The Senators didn’t mind.

Whenever a reporter walked by, the Senators would stand up and holler at each other, until the reporter left the chamber.

Then they all sat down and went to sleep, until another reporter walked in.

Leo found this very strange. 

Then he walked into a back room (filled with smoke) and saw how all the deals really get made.
