I agree, nevermind the gift cards or mug, that’s too easy. I would suggest a nice stainless steel thermos for one thing. That way she can take her coffee on the go. These can be had for under $ 10 at most big box retailers.
Now I have another idea that might sound “odd” to most folks. But, you can buy a laser thermometer. It’s a little gadget that uses a laser beam to test the temerature of items. Wouldn’t it be neat to have a thermometor that you merely point into a cup (not dip) and know exactly what the temperature of your favorite brew is?

well if she likes espresso my mom and grandma have a little cone shaped espresso maker…. its not a machine but ou put cone filters in it and pour hot water thru it and out of the bottom, out comes coffee (its almost magical!!!) or if not you could get her a can of LEGITIMATE gourmet coffee cause everyone likes that…
