Barron Hilton needs to pay over 2008 DUI crash..
In 2008, Barron Hilton was arrested in Malibu, California because he was found about 2 times over the alcohol limit. He gave not a single charge to DUI. That’s why he got banned from driving for 1 year.
Fernando Tellez, the employee of a gas station, did case against Hilton in 2009 because Hilton made many damages and injuries. For the “multiple surgeries and medical procedures” Hilton was forced to undergo. The lawyer of Tellez said that, for that crash his client left with a “permanent disability”.
Now Hilton needs to pay about $5m. This is a huge payment for that crash…
