Answer by ikuz34
it may help, but i think its more for conditioning i.e. boxers. go online and get jump soles and dont forget to do the workouts that go with it. jump soles are shoes that keep you on ur toes to strengthen ur calves. it also comes with a work out routine where u run and jump continuously for periods of time. tough work out but its proven to increase your vert.

Jump roping is probably the best workout you can do to improve your overall jumping ability and quickness all in one. If you keep jump soles, then you’re going to be doing jump rope workouts. I suggest starting to do poly metrics and strengthen your legs by squatting to build up your quad muscles, since those are the main jumping muscles. Whatever you do, don’t quick jump roping.
