Unlike most superheroes, he does not possess superhuman powers or abilities; he makes use of intellect, detective skills, science and technology, wealth, physical prowess, and intimidation in his war on crime.

Adam West, the tights-wearing-caped-crusader who played the title character of the 1960’s Batman TV series says he believes the current films are too serious.
In other words, Batman thinks Batman should lighten up. The 79 year old West recently said he’s only seen a small portion of Batman Forever and the upcoming Dark Knight but found them “dark, gothic, sinister, and full of explosions.” I’m not sure why he’s upset about the gothic feel.
