High fructose corn syrup has some pretty nasty things going for it - but when coupled with mercury it’s pretty scary. Here are some of the effects of mercury on the human body:
* Poisonous to the nervous system
* Unborn children may have brain damage
* Heart problems
* Circulatory problems
* Possible cancer-causation
* Tremors
* Emotional instability
* Insomnia
* Memory loss
* Neuromuscular changes
* Headaches
* Harm to the kidneys
* Harm to the thyroid
* “High exposures have also led to deaths”
Be prudent. Avoid high fructose corn syrup foods, period.
