When the town of Superior and race organizers brought back a classic cycling event after a two-decade hiatus two years ago, they believed it might take a few years to build momentum behind the Superior Morgul and for word to get out that a race once called the Red Zinger or the Coors International Bicycle Classic had resumed.  

After months of missing both track and treadmill, I officially went back in the running circuit during the 3rd NatGeo Earth Day Run held at the Bonifacio Global City in Taguig to raise awareness about caring for the environment.  

The common belief that pregnant women can eat for two has been scotched by research suggesting controlling weight during pregnancy can be beneficial.  

After the successful revival of the Gas Hill Gasp for last year’s Lord Mayor’s Celebrations, the gruelling cycle race will return again this year.  

The Australian track cycling team could be announced by the end of next week, almost a month ahead of the original planned date.
