Arizona Cardinals running back Beanie Wells was asked if his offseason surgery was to repair a torn meniscus. He responded by saying it ”was a little more complicated than that.” Wells didn’t go into details of what kind of procedure was done. Wells played through a knee injury throughout the entire season and was still able to rush for 1,047 yards and 10 touchdowns.
