TV adventurer Bear Grylls has praised Scouts around Britain for volunteering to help better their communities. Grylls, the UK's chief Scout, has commended the youngsters who are planning to participate in Scout Community Week, which starts on Monday.  

He had hosted a series called "Born Survivor: Bear Grylls" in Britain and "Man vs. Wild" in the United States and various other countries since 2006. But in March, he and Discovery Channel parted ways because they couldn't agree on future projects.
