Yes To Carrots “C You and C Me” Organic Eye and Face Makeup Remover

yes-to-carrots This week I ran across a bottle of Yes to Carrots “Can you C Me Eye and Face Makeup Remover “ at Target and thought I would give it a try. It is basically a milky cleanser. I have used Yes To Carrot’s conditioner on my hair but hadn’t tried any of their skincare products. I have been using Arcona for my daily cleansing routine. I was curious about the brand’s paraben free products and anti-oxidant rich ingredients. The price can’t be beat. I picked up a bottle for $6.99 (8.45 oz); it was marked down from $9.99 at Target. So I thought why not give it a try…

The primary ingredients include carrot juice, pumpkin (just in time for Halloween!), sweet potato and Dead Sea mud. It includes some of my favorite foods and Dead Sea mud is definitely full of vitamin rich minerals. Not to mention that all of the fruits and veggies used in the products are pesticide-free and organic. The products are not tested on animals. What’s not to love?

I am a busy working mom, so time is of the essence and the fact that this product can take off my eye AND face makeup all in one fell swoop is worth sharing. The product is lightly scented and very rich and creamy. I can say that it took off my mascara, eyeliner and foundation/blush very effectively. But I did have to apply the cleanser to a cotton ball to remove all traces of eye makeup. I also used the product for cleansing when I was not wearing makeup in the morning and evening. It is very soothing and not drying at all. I’m quite happy with the product and am now inclined to try other products from the range.
