Crystal McKellar Is Maid of Honor at Sister Danica's Wedding

It just wasn't meant to be for Wonder Years' Kevin Arnold and Winnie Cooper, but Winnie's real-life counterpart has found her match. Actress Danica McKellar, who played the character from 1988 to 1993, tied the knot on Sunday with her longtime boyfriend, composer Mike Verta.

Mike Verta and Danica McKellar. The couple exchanged vows in a church by the ocean in La Jolla, California in front of 150 people. Some Wonder Years alums attended, including McKellar's sister and maid of honor Crystal McKellar, who played the character Becky Slater on the show. Kevin Arnold's onscreen parents Dan Lauria and Allie Mills were also there. McKellar told People that they "wanted an intimate, formal event."

McKellar, 34, and Verta, 36, have been dating since 2001 and became engaged last August.

For those of you wondering what McKellar has been up to since the Winnie Cooper days, she graduated summa cum laude from UCLA with a BS in mathematics, wrote two books titled Math Doesn't Suck and Kiss My Math, and has appeared on several other TV shows including The West Wing, Walker, Texas Ranger and How I Met Your Mother. Not bad.
