hey i am having the same problem i am 48 i will wacth the answers as they come in tywell seems not many have a response but ill tell u i am going to my doc to see if i can get a shot of cortisone in my shoulders it hurts now so much sometimes it feels like i need to have my arms in slings to be held close to me so they dont feel like there hanging by threads i hope your is not as bad as mine!!!!!
