Skating With The Stars Premier, errrr?!
Let’s not discuss why I decided to watch Skating with the stars, because in all honesty I am quite ashamed to admit this.
I was however interested in the fact that there is a huge indoor skating rink with hundreds of bells and whistles at CBS Television Studios in LA (Where Dancing with the Stars is filmed).
What are your thoughts on this show Trufflers?
Pros:
The judges, starting with Johnny Weir (Olympian, and reality star), Laurie Anne Gibson( WORLD famous choreographer and will have a reality show on her life this coming January on E!), and Dick Button (81 year old Olympian and ice Skating analyst) are VERY legit, and recognizable to most.
The commentator is Tanith Belbin, a major Olympic ice dancer.

Johnny Weir kicked arse skating to Lady Gaga’s, Poker Face. Fun Fact, Laurie Anne Gibson choreographs most of Gaga’s videos.
It is super cool to have a hugeee ice rink in the middle of LA
The rink band seems very talented
Johnny Moseley is HOT
Possible pro or con: Vince Neil on skates?
Cons:
Professional skaters need to get real ice skating dresses on and step out of the “OC”.
Who is this judge ?? Vernon Kay? What, Mel B wasn’t available? (Bahahah)
Most of these professional ice skaters don’t have any appeal (sorry?!)
Even though I can’t stand Dancing with the Stars, and feel that they have ruined LA nightlife/ events, at least they always have interesting people, whether tragic or not. 2 or 3 out of the 6 I don’t believe I have ever heard of ?
All in all, I don’t think I will be watching next week.
