According to Manoukian’s complaint, the promotion involved routine dealings with Lopez’s manager Benny Medina, who supposedly hated his guts from the beginning. Routinely putting him down and belittling him for not speaking English properly, Manoukian claims Medina made the work environment a living hell.  

However, in a lawsuit obtained by TMZ.com, he claims Lopez’s manager Benny Medina took a dislike to him in 2011, and that he was demoted before being pushed out. He is now suing the singer and Medina for unspecified damages.
