On May 17, 2010 Bernard Kerik surrendered himself to a federal prison in Cumberland, Maryland were he began his 48 month sentence ordered by Judge Stephen C. Robinson. Robinson ignoring a plea agreement negotiated by Kerik’s legal team and the Federal Prosecutors decided that Kerik needed to be taught a lesson.
During the sentencing the Judge went into a rant about Mr. Kerik’s lifestyle “Mr. Kerik wanted to have the same things his rich friends have and decided to find illegal ways to get them” it was something like that probably worse.
The Judge spoke about how Bernie went in and out of Public service to try and get the toys his friends had. At one point the Judge brought his clerks into it stating “in a year they (his clerks) will be making more money than me”. Trying to say that he (Judge Robinson) chose public service and has to live on a meager salary of a federal district judge which is $169,300 as of the last posting in 2008 we could find.
But here are some interesting facts about the Judge as found on Wikipedia:

As you can see the Judge is a hypocrite to say the least and maybe a liar while we are at it. Why? Well Mr. Judge like’s to hob knob with Zoe Baird a disgraced Clinton nominee for Attorney General remember her she didn’t pay her taxes on her illegal alien chauffer and house keeper.
You see the Judge worked for Zoe Baird at Aetna U.S. Healthcare in Connecticut from 1995 to 1996 until she left and went on to serve on The Markle Foundation as President in 1998.
1998 what a great year for the Judge he is appointed as U.S. Attorney for Connecticut by President Bill Clinton. Are you getting the picture yet.
Then in 2001 he leaves as U.S. Attorney in Connecticut and joins Empower New Haven ???? what is Empower New Haven something like Acorn or maybe it is Acorn I am not sure yet but I will get back to you soon.
2003 the Judge is nominated by Chuck Schumer U.S. Senator, New York and appointed by George W. Bush to his current Position. Since then he’s known as the slowest Judge in the east with a back log of cases clear to the Mississippi river.
But he has time to serve on the Markle Foundation Board of Directors yes, he sits on the Board of directors with Zoe Baird and last year while still on the board and presiding as the Judge in the United States. vs. Bernard B. Kerik.
The Judge and his Board of Director friends at the Markle foundation voted to give money ($249,300.00) to The Huffington Post Investigative Fund. The same Huffington post that was destroying Bernie Kerik’s character day in and day out.
The same Huffington Post that help taint the jury pool that the judge jailed Kerik for in November of 2009 which finally led to Mr. Kerik being bullied into a one sided plea agreement.
You can see that where we are headed here with this
I am going to stop here today with more to come this week in part two of a series about the wrongful incarceration of an American Hero Bernard B. Kerik.
In the coming months you will see what a tangled weave the federal prosecutors and friends of the Judge have woven.
Have a great day from The Kerik Watch.
