Try sit-ups - You probably have done these before, but it might have been awhile. This is a very easy exercise. You don’t have to go to the gym to do sit-ups. With supported legs, lift the top half of your body towards your knees. Try doing 10-20 sit-ups everyday in the morning time or before bed. Your abs will get stronger while you burn that belly fat.
