Best and Worst Dressed at the Premiere of HBO's 'Entourage'

Entourage is back this Sunday, and it's hard not to get excited just looking at pictures from the premiere Thursday night in Los Angeles. All the show's hottest ladies looked fabulous.

Carla Gugino looked like absolute perfection in her sequined Twenty Cluny dress. Carla's hair and makeup set it off perfectly, and she kept her choice of footwear suitably low-key.

Hayden Panettiere is 20 years old, so it's okay that her Christian Cota dress barely covers her torso. Her nude Christian Louboutin heels help to length her tan legs.

Perrey Reeves deserves an award for wearing a bright color like this to a premiere. Her halter dress is fantastic, especially with her gold heels.

Jamie-Lynn Sigler's Donna Karan dress is extremely flattering - it shows off her fantastic legs.

Alexis Dziena is a new addition to the Entourage cast. Her Stella McCartney dress is jaw-dropping. Not the sort of thing most people can get away with.

Emmanuelle Chriqui looked formal in her lingerie-like floor length Jenny Packham dress. It showed off a lot of cleavage, but not quite as much as other ladies at the premiere...
