Last night, the most celebrated young stars in Hollywood turned out for the Teen Choice Awards, which, after this year, should be redubbed the Miley Cyrus Choice Awards. Sadly, Miley was not one of the evening's best dressed.

It's good to see that Vanessa Hudgens isn't allowing a pesky nude photo leak to get her down. The actress continued to present a brave face over the weekend, looking lovely in a blue Christian Dior dress (which matches her smoky blue eyeliner).

Isabelle Fuhrman looked remarkably age-appropriate for a girl who just starred in an incredibly grown-up horror flick.

Cameron Diaz may be approaching her late 30s, but she's still a hit with the kids. She wore a sophisticated Alexander McQueen zippered dress with a gorgeous pair of blue peeptoe pumps.

Emma Roberts' dress looks a lot like a Chanel piece, with its beaded necklace collar. Props for the edgy booties.

Nikki Reed is dressed head-to-toe in Miu Miu. It's a little edgy for this sort of event, but not quite as edgy as...

Kristen Stewart. She decided to cut down the sex-factor in her rocker dress by wearing it over an undershirt. How disappointing for all those Twi-hards.

Ashley Greene also repped the New Moon cast in a Dolce & Gabbana minidress.

Hayden Panettiere's pale pink Zac Posen dress would look great on anyone...therefore it's slightly boring.

Selena Gomez is a little too perfectly put-together, but she does look beautiful.

Jennette McCurdy's sequined dress is spot-on with her hot pink clutch.

Leighton Meester was perfect in this Louis Vuitton dress - if only she could have worn this to the Costume Institute Gala instead of the bizarre babydoll getup.
