Baja Jack’s Burrito Shack: Great Authentic Mexican Food
Having drove by Baja Jack’s everyday for work I was anxious to give it a shot. On a business lunch I convinced my partner to go to Baja Jack’s. The sheer size of the menu is impressive. I ordered the Build your own Burrito, which was great because you can pick whatever you like and put it in your burrito. You simply fill out a page and check the things you would like to have in your burrito. I got shrimp, queso, salsa and avocado in mine. It was fabulous. It was honest to goodness one of the best burrito experiences I have had in awhile. My associate got fish tacos, which he had been anxious to find in the Tulsa area. They looked wonderful and he said that they were just like the ones he got in Mexico. I also loved the salsa bar that Baja Jack’s offers. We tried several different kinds including the mango salsa which was so good we went back for thirds on it. It is in Owasso but it is completely worth the drive. If you are tired of the monotonous drum of Tex-Mex in Tulsa you need to try Baja Jack’s for some truly fresh Mexican food.
