Smallville Bride Observations

Holy Shite Batman! Smallville Bride was pure awesomeness!!! And if you didn’t get to see it, you might want to try something like this.

You see, everything about it was freaking amazing. The wedding. When Doomsday struck. And the ending. Wow. Still not sure why Lex was attached to all those wires. But hey. Still fantastic.

Although, a couple of things which could have been a little better. Now, as you can see, in Smallville Bride, Lana shows up for the wedding. I guess it sort of annoyed me when Clark didn’t pay attention to Lois. Especially when he first saw Lana. I was like, “Dude, when are you going to have a look to see if Lois is still there.”

Oh. And on Clark. I think he should have wiped his own mind of the memories of Lana. You see, a few times there, I just wished he left Lana alone. You see, when Doomsday struck and Lana went down, he never asked if Lois was ok. I just get the feeling that if Lois and Lana needed saving, and he could only save one, I’m guarenteeing he would choose Lana.

And then in the hospital with her. I think he only talked to her because he sort of bumped into her in the hallway.

I’m just wondering if we need to see Clark act like this to Lois.

Anyway, before Lana showed up, Clark was giving her a lot of attention. And I think he was showing some signs of attraction. Which was awesome to see. I don’t know about you, but I loved it when she tried leaving the dance floor, but Smallville Clark got her hand and pulled her into a dance. It was so “Dirty Dancing” or something!

Another cool thing was Davis transforming into DD. I guess the use of the cgi on his hand looked pretty realistic. And when he crashed the party. Wow. I guess that was pretty good too. I’m wondering if he is way too powerful for Clark. You see, we totally got to see him destroy Clark. Ok. maybe that’s a bit harsh, but we did see his power. (Yep. DD swattered Clark away like he was a fly or something)

Anyway, one of the cooler DD scenes was when he’s walking Chloe into the Fortress of Doom. I’m sure in the next few episodes, we’ll see DD with no human emotions left. Which is kind of sad.
