The Royal family watch as the RAF perform a fly past over Buckingham Palace during the Trooping of the Colour on June 14, 2008 in London, England. The trooping of the colour is the Queen's Annual Birthday Parade and dates back to the time of Charles II in the 17th Century when the Colours of a regiment were used as a rallying point in battle.
