NEW YORK -- Willie Roaf is a former New Orleans Saints' player and remains a huge fan of the organization. He also knows that the team's bounty program had to be stopped, so it was with mixed emotions that he watched the team get disciplined this offseason.  

In comments to the NFL Networks Rich Eisen, Commissioner Roger Goodell said discipline against Saints defenders involved in what the league says was a bounty program is coming, "soon," although other sources indicate that is unlikely to come today.
