Emporio Armani Diamonds Fragrance featuring Beyonce, now available online at http://www.giorgioarmanibeauty-usa.com/DIAMONDS

When creating Emporio Armani Diamonds, Giorgio Armani had the Emporio Armani woman in mind; a woman who could be strong, confident, feminine and very sexy, a symbol of the 21st century, someone who is living her life like a fascinating current event. When Giorgio Armani chose the name Diamonds, he meant a symbol of audacity, of sexiness with elegance and desireability, reflecting the sparkle, brilliance and strength of this irresistible stone.

Who better than this astonishing actress, brilliant performer, friend of the house, to be the face and voice of the new Emporio Armani fragrance? Diamonds are a girl's best friend and Emporio Armani has a new incomparable best friend. Her name is Beyonce.

Opinion Polls & Market Research

Entertainment weekly reported that R&B diva Mary J. Blige says she passed on the hit song “Umbrella” before it was sent to pop songstress Rihanna

Mary_j_2 The reigning Queen of Hip-Hop Soul reportedly states “I'm not going to chase what [mainstream] fans like.  It might work for Mariah.  It might work for even Beyonce. But Mary J. Blige is looked at as some sort of organic thing.”

Mary J. can sing her heart out. We love “The Breakthrough” and can't wait to buy MJ's new album “Growing Pains,” .

The disc is out today. Yay!  We're feeling every joint on the disc including the latest, “Just Fine."   You go girl!

Now we know Mary J. Blige passed on “Umbrella”, but that hasn't stopped other singers from recording the Grammy nominated song to capitalize on Rihanna's success and get some free press.  We've included three editions of Umbrella for you to hear and compare.

The first version is an acoustic ballad recorded by singer/actress Mandy Moore

The second is by the British band “McFly” who just released a rock cover version. Visit the band's myspace.

And the third, is the original flava with Rihanna and hip hop icon Jay-Z.

We personally like the original with Jay-Z .  But the others are also interesting, too. Mandy's version is slower and more romantic. While McFly's interpretation has an up tempo pop/rock edge.   Take today's poll to let us know what you think.
