The Outdoor Garden Statues Blog has a new category. It’s called What I did… and it’s a great place for those who love statues to showcase their gardens. After all, you went to a lot of time and expense to find the perfect statue. You created the perfect backdrop and installed it. Why not brag a little?
All you have to do is upload a picture of your statue to an online site like Flickr or Photobucket. Then use my contact page. to send me the image link along with a paragraph describing your statue, where it is and why you like it. If you have a blog, I’ll include a link back to you. It’s a win-win situation for both of us. You get to brag on your statue with a link back to your blog and I get content for my site.
I reserve the final decision over whether a picture is suitable or not. I won’t post profanity or anything like that but your statue can be large or small, expensive or bargain basement. The important thing is being able to share what we did with our favorite outdoor garden statues. That’s why I called it What I Did…
PS: If you don’t have a statue, how about a favorite focal point like your fountain, flag, stepping stones, bird feeder or even barbecue pit. Let’s have fun with this. :0)
